I've played around with a lot of different granola recipes over the years, and this one is hands-down my best ever! It has all my favorite things in a granola - big, crunchy nuts, coconut undertones with just the right amount of sweetness, and crunchy clusters. It's perfect for snacking on right out of the container and tastes amazing with your favorite milk, on yogurt, or ice cream - yum!
It can be gluten-free if you make sure you buy certified GF oats (not all oats are GF).
